Please be aware that not all doctors in the centers are the providers for cashless services. 2. This service is exclusively available to customers of the policies of the following Cigna medical plans where the balance of the deductible (if any) for the policy year is HK$0 on the treatment incurred date:
   • Cigna HealthFirst Elite 360 Medical Plan
   • Cigna HealthFirst Elite-GEH Medical Plan
   • Cigna HealthFirst Elite Medical Plan
   • Cigna HealthFirst Choice Medical Plan (with optional Supplementary Major Medical Benefit)
   • Cigna VHIS Series － Flexi Plan (SMM)
   • Cigna VHIS Series － Flexi Plan (Superior)
   • Cigna Cathay Premier Health Plan
   • Cigna HealthFirst Core Medical Plan (with optional Supplementary Major Medical Benefit)
3. This service is exclusively available to the following Eligible Day Surgery Procedure:
   • Colonoscopy
   • Oesophago Gastro Duodenoscopy
4. Whether the consultation is eligible to enjoy Cashless Medical Service is subject to product/plan level/coverage, and whether doctor determines you have the medical necessity for Day Procedure. More details will be provided to you through the designated booking hotline.
5. The decision on accepting any medical treatment or not is subject to your own decision and the doctor's professional judgment. Network Medical Service Provider are independent third-parties and not our agent, and vice versa. Cigna Healthcare makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to the quality and availability of the service and shall not accept any responsibility or liability for the services provided by the service providers. Under no circumstance shall Cigna Healthcare be responsible or liable for the acts or omissions of the service provider in the provision of such services.
