*Mail a crossed check to the business address below. Please write the applicant's name and policy number on the back of the cheque, cheque transfers usually take three working days to process. Please ensure sufficient delivery time and postage for correct delivery. Please do not mail cash/cash checks, promissory notes will not be accepted.

For General Insurance (CGI) –

  1. Log in to MyCigna Platform through website :  www.mycigna.com.hk
    or mobile APP :  “MyCigna HK”
  2. Go to “My Policy" > "Make a Change in Policy" > "Payment Information” > click on the policy and press “Next”
  3. Follow the questions and input details including payment, bank account / credit card and general information
  4. Click “Submit”
