- Log in to MyCigna Platform through website : www.mycigna.com.hk
or mobile APP : “MyCigna HK” - Go to “My Policy" > "Make a Change in Policy" > "Payment Information” > click on the policy and press “Next”
- Follow the questions and input details including payment, bank account / credit card and general information
- Click “Submit”
